It involves organising land use patterns to maximise efficiency in resource allocation, functionality of spaces, and aesthetic quality. This includes Regional and Urban Land Use Planning that identifies and assess resources and preparation of physical development plans for spatial land use, advise of project location and human settlement, aesthetics and well-being of people within a given area and Regency Consults we provide consultancy services in-Land Use Planning, Urban and Rural Land Use Planning and Development Guidelines, Infrastructure Development, advise on location of projects, formulating appropriate designs for the different land types, suggesting alternative land use, implementation of land use policies, environmental protection, community engagement, preparation of detailed/ strategic plans for various urban sectors, residential, commercial, industrial, office development, open space system etc, preparation of action plans. We design and implement the plans to achieve the stated developmental goals.
